摘　　要：介绍了连退产线立式活套的功能和结构,利用CAD和钢丝绳折弯点位置,计算不同活套套量时钢丝绳的折弯位置以及频次,得出活套卷扬钢丝绳易断裂部位,并制定措施以延长钢丝绳使用寿命。希望对活套卷扬钢丝绳相关方面的设备管理工作有一定的借鉴意义。Introduces the function and structure of vertical looper of continuous production line,calculates the bending position and frequency of wire rope with different looper sleeve quantity by using CAD and bending point position of wire rope,obtains the easy breaking part of wire rope winched by looper,and makes measures to prolong the service life of wire rope.It is hoped that it can be used for reference for the equipment management of looper winch wire rope.
