摘 要:开发了角轧宽展工艺的计算模型和自动控制系统,并进行了工业化试验和批量生产。实践表明,小宽展比中厚板生产中角轧工艺技术优势明显,降低宽展轧制的轧制力和扭矩,轧件单重和轧线生产效率显著提高,突破了横轧宽展的技术瓶颈。角轧宽展工艺的计算模型和自动控制系统控制精度高、速度快,满足工业化生产的需求,为轧钢产线在高产、节能、降低运维费用等提供了新方案。The calculation model and automatic control system of angle rolling process are developed.The production practice shows that the technological advantages of angle rolling process are obvious in the production of heavy plate with small broadening ratio,and reduce the rolling force and torque of broadside rolling,Significant improvement in the rolling piece weight and the production efficiency of rolling line,Making a breakthrough in technical bottleneck of cross broadside rolling.The calculation model and automatic control system of angle rolling process have high control accuracy and speed,meet the needs of industrial production,and provide a new scheme for the plate rolling line in terms of high output,energy saving and reducing costs of operation and maintenance.
