摘 要:为探究生物表面活性剂皂角苷对剩余污泥中重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)和铜(Cu)的淋洗修复效果,采用批量振荡淋洗的方法研究了皂角苷在不同浓度、pH值、浸提温度、浸提时间条件下对污泥中Pb、Cd、Zn和Cu的淋洗效率,使用BCR连续提取法对皂角苷淋洗前后重金属赋存形态的变化进行了探究。结果表明,皂角苷淋洗的最适条件为:皂角苷浓度96 g·L^(-1)、pH值4、浸提温度35℃、浸提时间16 h;在上述条件下,皂角苷淋洗对4种重金属的淋洗率顺序为Cd>Cu>Pb>Zn;皂角苷淋洗改变了污泥中重金属的形态,4种重金属的水溶态、铁锰态、交换态、有机结合态、残渣态均发生了变化,Cd和Cu对环境的危害显著降低,而Pb和Zn由于被有效活化则增大了其对环境的危害。We explored the leaching remediation effect of biosurfactant saponin on the heavy metals lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),zinc(Zn),and copper(Cu)in municipal sludge,and studied the leaching efficiency of saponin on Pb,Cd,Zn,and Cu in the sludge under the conditions of different concentrations,pH values,leaching temperatures,and leaching time by batch oscillation leaching.Moreover,we investigated the changes of the speciation of heavy metals before and after saponin leaching by BCR continuous extraction method.The results show that the optimal leaching conditions of saponin can be determined as follows:the saponin concentration of 96 g·L^(-1),the pH value of 4,the leaching temperature of 35℃,and the leaching time of 16 h.Under above conditions,the order of leaching rates of the four heavy metals is Cd>Cu>Pb>Zn.The speciation of heavy metals in the sludge can be changed by saponin leaching.Meanwhile,the water-soluble state,Fe-Mn state,exchange state,organically bound state,and residue state of the four heavy metals are all changed.In addition,the damages of Cd and Cu in the environment are significantly reduced,whereas,the damages of Pb and Zn are increased due to their effective activation.
