摘  要:为解决传统冷链物流过程信息判异效率低、历史数据不完善等问题,设计一种基于统计过程控制(SPC)的冷链物流环境监控系统。根据下位机采集的环境数据特点,利用C4.5决策树制定物流阶段分类规则,结合统计过程控制思想建立适于冷链物流的环境分析方法。在此基础上利用LabVIEW软件开发监控平台,借助云数据库实现数据存储,提高数据共享水平。测试结果表明,该系统物流阶段定位准确、环境数据判异效率高、具有较强的反演品质变化能力。To deal with low efficiency of information discrimination and imperfect historical data for traditional environmental monitoring systems,a cold chain logistics environmental monitoring system based on statistical process control(SPC)was designed.Based on the characteristics of the environmental data collected by the lower-level computer,the C4.5 decision tree was used to formulate the classification rules of logistics stage.Environmental analysis method suitable for cold chain logistics was established in combination with the SPC.Based on these,the monitoring platform using LabVIEW software was developed.With the help of cloud database to realize data storage,the level of data sharing was improved.Results of the test indicate that the system has accurate positioning in the logistics phase,high efficiency in discriminating environmental data and strong ability to invert quality changes.
