摘  要:目的:采用低频振荡振幅(ALFF)静息态MRI技术探讨头针刺激两侧头维穴的即刻脑激活效应。方法:招募40例健康受试者,利用团队研发的3.0 T MRI兼容头颅柔性线圈,分别于针刺前、针刺即刻行BOLD-f MRI扫描。所有数据采用RESTplus预处理,分析针刺前、针刺即刻的激活脑区。将差异脑区的ALFF值与视觉模拟评分(VAS)行相关性分析。结果:针刺两侧头维穴即刻与针刺前相比,右侧颞下回ALFF值降低;右侧颞下回ALFF值与针感VAS呈正相关(r=0.557,P<0.05)。结论:基于3.0 T MRI兼容的针灸可视化平台,为进一步研究针刺头维穴治疗头部疾病的中枢作用机制提供了一种可行、客观的方法。Objective:To explore the immediate brain activity of the acupuncture stimulating effects of the Touwei acupoint with the amplitude of low frequency fluctuation(ALFF)resting state MRI analysis technique.Methods:Forty healthy subjects were collected and scanned with blood oxygen level-dependent(BOLD)f MRI before and immediately after acupuncture using the 3.0 T MRI compatible skull flexible coil developed by our team.All data were preprocessed with RESTplus to analyze the activated brain areas before and immediately after acupuncture.The correlation between ALFF value and visual analogue scale(VAS)score was analyzed.Results:After acupuncture on both sides of the Touwei acupoint,the ALFF value of the right inferior temporal gyrus decreased compared with that before acupuncture,and the ALFF value of the right inferior temporal gyrus was positively correlated with the acupuncture VAS score(r=0.557,P<0.05).Conclusions:3.0 T MRI compatible acupuncture visualization platform provides a feasible and objective method for further studying the central mechanism of the Touwei acupoint in the treatment of cerebral diseases.
