人工周期联合坤泰胶囊治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析早发性卵巢功能不全患者以人工周期联合坤泰胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取早发性卵巢功能不全患者70例,并按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各35例。对照组以人工周期方式治疗,研究组以人工周期联合坤泰胶囊治疗,两组均治疗6个月经周期。比较两组各项指标。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组卵巢平均容积、平均卵巢最大径均增大,且研究组比对照组大;治疗后两组窦卵泡数均增多,且研究组比对照组多;治疗后两组卵巢动脉收缩期峰值流速、雌二醇、抗米勒管激素水平均升高,且研究组比对照组高;治疗后两组阻力指数、搏动指数、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平均降低,且研究组比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早发性卵巢功能不全患者以人工周期联合坤泰胶囊治疗可调节机体性激素水平,改善卵巢功能。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of artificial cycle combined with Kuntai capsules in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods 70 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial cycle,and the study group was treated with artificial cycle combined with Kuntai capsules.The two groups were treated with 6 menstrual cycles.The two groups of indicators were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the average ovarian volume and the average maximum ovarian diameter of the two groups increased after treatment,and the study group was larger than the control group;the number of antral follicles in both groups increased,and the study group was more than the control group;the peak systolic flow velocity of ovarian artery,estradiol and anti-Miller tube hormone levels in the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group;the resistance index,pulsatility index,luteinizing hormone and folliclestimulating hormone levels in the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial cycle combined with Kuntai capsules in the treatment of premature ovarian insuffi ciency can regulate the level of sex hormones and improve ovarian function.
