左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的效果。方法选取宫颈炎患者70例,随机数字表法分成对照组(35例)、研究组(35例),对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加左氧氟沙星。两组均治疗21d。比较两组小腹疼痛坠胀、尿道不适、阴道分泌物异常、烧灼感消失时间,治疗前后炎性因子水平,治疗后临床疗效,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组小腹疼痛坠胀消失时间、尿道不适消失时间、阴道分泌物异常消失时间、烧灼感消失时间短于对照组,治疗后研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组,研究组临床总有效率94.29%高于对照组74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星应用于宫颈炎患者中,可有效缓解临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with cervicitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases).Both groups were treated for 21 days.The time to disappearance of abdominal pain,urethral discomfort,abnormal vaginal secretions,burning sensation,the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain and swelling,urethral discomfort disappearance time,abnormal vaginal secretion disappearance time,and burning sensation disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the level of inflammatory factors in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of the study group 94.29%was higher than that of the control group 74.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in patients with cervicitis can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,and improve the therapeutic effect.
