加减逐瘀止血汤治疗放环后月经失调的效果

摘　　要：目的研究加减逐瘀止血汤治疗放环后月经失调的效果。方法选取本院收治的96例放环后月经失调患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例,常规西药治疗)和研究组(48例,常规西药治疗联合加减逐瘀止血汤),两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者各项症状改善时间、治疗后临床疗效及治疗前后的中医证候积分。结果研究组的月经周期恢复、经量恢复正常及腹痛缓解时间均短于对照组;治疗后研究组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者经量过多、经行血块、下腹疼痛、乳房胀痛、神疲乏力积分均降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用常规西药治疗联合加减逐瘀止血汤可有效缓解放环后月经失调患者的临床症状,改善中医证候,提高临床疗效。Objective To study the effect of modified Zhuyu Zhixue decoction in the treatment of menstrual disorders after ring release.Methods A total of 96 patients with menstrual disorders after ring release in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(48 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and the study group(48 cases,conventional western medicine treatment combined with modified Zhuyu Zhixue decoction)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The symptom improvement time,clinical efficacy after treatment and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The menstrual cycle recovery,menstrual volume returned to normal and abdominal pain relief time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group.After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment,excessive menstrual flow,menstrual blood clots,lower abdominal pain,breast tenderness,and Shenpi fatigue scores after treatment all decreased in the two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine western medicine treatment combined with modified Zhuyu Zhixue decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with menstrual disorders after ring release,improve TCM syndrome and clinical efficacy.
