优质护理应用于阴道镜下宫颈活检术的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析对阴道镜下宫颈活检术患者运用优质护理的临床价值。方法选取98例阴道镜下宫颈活检术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组为常规护理,观察组联合应用优质护理。针对两组患者的术中指标、检查依从性以及护理满意度等进行对比。结果观察组患者的检查时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组;观察组、对照组护理满意度分别为100%、87.76%,观察组高于对照组;观察组依从性优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于阴道镜下宫颈活检术患者运用优质护理有助于提升患者的检查依从性、缩短其检查时间,并可提升护理满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing colposcopy cervical biopsy.Methods A total of 98 patients with cervical biopsy under colposcopy were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality nursing care.The intraoperative indicators,inspection compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The inspection time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 100%and 87.76%,respectively,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the excellent and good rates of compliance in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing colposcopy cervical biopsy can help improve patient compliance,shorten examination time,and improve nursing satisfaction.
