人文关怀护理在输卵管介入再通术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理在输卵管介入再通术中的应用效果。方法选取70例输卵管阻塞患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上进行人文护理干预。两组患者均持续随访15个月。比较两组患者生活质量及心理状态,护理满意度以及妊娠结局。结果观察组患者社会能力及个人兴趣得分均高于对照组,心里情况及抑郁得分均低于对照组,观察组患者护理总满意度为高于对照组,观察组患者异位妊娠率以及不孕率均低于对照组;宫内妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对输卵管介入再通术患者进行人文关怀护理,可减轻患者负性情绪,改善妊娠结局,提升生活质量和护理满意度,效果较好。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in tubal interventional recanalization.Methods A total of 70 patients with fallopian tube obstruction were selected and divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the intervention group received humanistic nursing intervention on this basis.Both groups were followed up for 15 months.The quality of life and psychological state,nursing satisfaction and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of social ability and personal interest of the patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group;the scores of psychological condition and depression were lower than those in the control group;the total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the intervention group was higher than the control group;the ectopic pregnancy rate(11.43%)and infertility rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group;the intrauterine pregnancy rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing care for patients with tubal interventional recanalization can reduce the negative emotions of patients,improve pregnancy outcomes,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,with good results.
