SLIPA喉罩在妇科腔镜手术全身麻醉中的通气效果与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究咽气道流线型(SLIPA)喉罩在妇科腔镜手术全身麻醉中的通气效果与安全性。方法选取80例行妇科腔镜手术治疗的患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,麻醉诱导后气管插管)和研究组(40例,麻醉诱导后置入SLIPA喉罩)。比较两组不同时间点(T_(0)为入室后,T_(1)为麻醉诱导后,T_(2)为置入喉罩即刻,T_(3)为气腹1 min后,T_(4)为拔喉罩,T_(5)为气腹5 min)通气效果、心率及术后不良反应发生情况。结果T_(5)时,研究组气道峰压值高于对照组;T_(2)、T_(4)时,研究组心率均低于对照组;术后,研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腔镜手术全身麻醉中应用SLIPA喉罩可保障有效通气,且其对心血管系统影响较小,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To explore the ventilation effect and safety of streamlined liner of pharynx airway laryngeal mask(SLIPA)in general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases,tracheal intubation after induction of anesthesia)and the study group(40 cases,insulation of SLIPA laryngeal mask after induction of anesthesia)according to the random number table method.The ventilation effect,heart rate at different time points(T_(0) was after entering the room,T_(1) was after induction of anesthesia,T_(2) was immediately after inserting the laryngeal mask,T_(3) was 1 min after pneumoperitoneum,and T_(4) was the extraction of the laryngeal mask,T_(5) was pneumoperitoneum for 5 minutes)and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At T_(5),the peak airway pressure in the study group was higher than that in the control group;at T_(2) and T_(4),the heart rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group;after surgery,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SLIPA laryngeal mask in general anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopic surgery can ensure ventilation,and it has less impact on the cardiovascular system,less adverse reactions,and high safety.
