负压腹壁引流管在预防高危产妇剖宫产切口愈合不良中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨负压腹壁引流管在预防高危产妇剖宫产切口愈合不良中的应用。方法选取40例剖宫产产妇,以随机数字表法分为对照组(20例,采取传统缝合措施)和试验组(20例,在皮下筋膜上放置自制负压引流管),对比两组切口愈合状况,切口愈合时间,住院时间,抗生素使用时间。结果试验组甲级切口愈合率高于对照组,乙级愈合率低于对照组;试验组切口愈合时长、住院时长以及抗生素使用时长均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对开展剖宫产高危产妇开展腹壁切口缝合工作过程中合理使用负压引流管,可以有效防止产妇术后切口愈合效果不佳,加快术后康复进程。Objective To explore the negative pressure abdominal wall drainage tube in preventing poor healing of cesarean section incision in high-risk puerperae.Methods A total of 40 cesarean section women were selected and divided into the control group(20 cases,traditional suturing measures)and the experimental group(20 cases,self-made negative pressure drainage tube placed on the subcutaneous fascia)according to the random number table method.The incision healing status,incision healing time,hospitalization time,and antibiotic use time were compared between the two groups.Results The healing rate of grade A incision in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the healing rate of grade B was lower than that in the control group;the duration of incision healing,hospital stay and antibiotic use in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable use of negative pressure drainage tube in the process of abdominal wall incision suture for high-risk cesarean section women can effectively prevent poor postoperative incision healing and speed up the postoperative recovery process.
