摘　　要：目的分析爱孕维乐孕妇分娩能量包对足月产妇产程与分娩结局的影响。方法选取80例待分娩的足月产妇,以随机数字法分为对照组(40例,传统能量补充)和观察组(40例,爱孕维乐孕妇分娩能量包),对比两组产妇分娩方式、产程时间及不良母婴结局发生率。结果两组产妇分娩方式相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第三产程时间相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良母婴结局发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论爱孕维乐孕妇分娩能量包能够有效缩短足月产妇的产程时间,改善分娩结局。Objective To analyze the effect of Aegong wele pregnant women’s delivery energy pack on labor process and delivery outcome of term parturient.Methods A total of 80 term parturient who were about to give birth were selected and randomly divided into the control group(40 cases,traditional energy supplementation)and the observation group(40 cases,aegong wele pregnant women’s delivery energy pack),the mode of delivery,duration of labor and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the mode of delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the time of the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aegong wele pregnant women’s delivery energy pack can effectively shorten the labor time and improve the delivery outcome of term parturient.
