糖皮质激素联合诺雷德对子宫内膜异位症术后患者雌激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究糖皮质激素联合诺雷德对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)术后患者雌激素水平的影响。方法 选取78例EMT患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各39例。两组均予以腹腔镜手术治疗,术后对照组应用诺雷德治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效及治疗前后雌激素水平。结果 研究组临床总有效率为97.43%,高于对照组的82.05%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素、雌二醇水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素与诺雷德联合应用于EMT术后患者可有效改善各项雌激素水平,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of glucocorticoid combined with Norrad on estrogen levels in patients with endometriosis(EMT). Methods A total of 78 EMT patients were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery, the control group was treated with Norrad after surgery, and the study group was treated with glucocorticoids on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy after treatment and estrogen levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total clinical effective rate in the study group 97.43% was higher than 82.05% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the levels of serum luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol in the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of glucocorticoid and Norrad in the postoperative patients with EMT has a good clinical effect and can effectively improve the estrogen level of patients.
