地屈孕酮联合滋肾育胎丸治疗先兆流产的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨地屈孕酮联合滋肾育胎丸治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取80例先兆流产患者,以随机数字法分为对照组(40例,地屈孕酮治疗)和研究组(40例,地屈孕酮联合滋肾育胎丸治疗),比较两组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、内分泌指标及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗后临床总体有效率高于对照组,下腹坠痛、腰酸痛、阴道出血量症状评分均低于对照组,孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合滋肾育胎丸治疗先兆流产能够有效调节患者内分泌环境,改善临床症状,且不良反应少,疗效理想。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with Zishenyutai pills in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with threatened abortion were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,treated with dydrogesterone)and study group(40 cases,treated with dydrogesterone combined with Zishenyutai Pills)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and endocrine indexes before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the overall clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the symptom scores of lower abdominal pain,low back pain and vaginal bleeding were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with Zishenyutai pills in the treatment of threatened abortion can effectively regulate the endocrine level of patients,improve clinical symptoms,and have few adverse reactions and ideal curative effect.
