彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫圆韧带囊肿的价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在子宫圆韧带囊肿诊断中的应用。方法 回顾性选取子宫圆韧带病变患者30例,均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,以手术检查结果为金标准,分析彩色多普勒超声的诊断效果。结果 手术检查的检出率(73.33%)、漏诊率(0)及误诊率(0),与彩色多普勒超声的63.33%、3.33%、6.67%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。彩色多普勒超声诊断的灵敏度为94.23%,诊断合并腹股沟疝的灵敏度为80.95%。手术检查的病灶、圆韧带囊肿检出准确率分别为98.11%、100%,与彩色多普勒超声的94.33%和86.36%进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫圆韧带囊肿的临床诊断工作中,彩色多普勒超声方案有较高的检出率及准确率,能够清楚显示病灶数量,大部分患者伴有腹肌沟疝疾病,是灵敏性较佳的检查方法。Objective To investigate the application of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine round ligament cyst. Methods A total of 30 patients with uterine round ligament lesions were retrospectively selected. All of them were examined by color doppler ultrasonography. The clinical effects of the color doppler ultrasonography scheme were analyzed based on the postoperative examination data as the gold standard. Results The detection rate(73.33%), missed diagnosis rate(0) and misdiagnosis rate(0) of postoperative examination were not significantly different from 63.33%, 3.33% and 6.67% of those of color doppler ultrasonography(P>0.05). The sensitivity of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lesions was 94.23% and that of combined inguinal hernia was 80.95%. The detection accuracy rates of the lesions and the round ligament cyst in the postoperative examination were 98.11% and 100%, and there was no significant difference compared with the color doppler ultrasonography 94.33% and 86.36%(P>0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of uterine round ligament cyst, the color doppler ultrasound program has a high detection rate and accuracy, and can clearly display the number of lesions. Most patients have inguinal hernia disease, and the sensitivity is better.
