妊娠期梅毒患者胎儿宫内感染的超声诊断研究

摘　　要：目的 研究妊娠期梅毒患者胎儿宫内感染的超声诊断价值。方法 回顾性选取30例妊娠期梅毒患者,根据患者的胎儿是否发生宫内感染分为宫内感染组与未宫内感染组,每组各15例。对两组患者均进行产前宫内超声诊断,对早期胎儿宫内感染的指标进行判断。结果 宫内感染组在胎囊不规则、胎心异常、胎动异常、胎盘水肿等方面(33.33%、40.00%、40.00%、26.67%)与未宫内感染组患者(0、6.67%、6.67%、0)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕后期超声检查结果显示,宫内感染组在宫内窘迫、全身水肿、腹水、肝肿大以及脾肿大等方面(46.67%、46.67%、53.33%、40.00%、33.33%)与未宫内感染组患者(6.67%、0、0、0、0)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期梅毒患者胎儿宫内感染的超声诊断价值较高,可以在临床上加以推广与使用。Objective To study the ultrasonic diagnostic value of intrauterine infection in pregnant syphilis patients.Methods A total of 30 patients with syphilis during pregnancy were retrospectively selected and divided into intrauterine infection group and non-intrauterine infection group according to whether intrauterine infection occurred in the fetus of the patients, 15 cases in each group. Prenatal intrauterine ultrasound diagnosis was performed in both groups to judge the indicators of early fetal intrauterine infection. Results In the intrauterine infection group, the incidence of irregular fetal sac, abnormal fetal heart rate, abnormal fetal movement, and placental edema(33.33%, 40.00%, 40.00%, 26.67%) was significantly different from those of the patients without intrauterine infection(0, 6.67%, 6.67%, 0), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Ultrasound examination results in the second trimester showed that the intrauterine distress, systemic edema, ascites, hepatomegaly and splenomegaly in the intrauterine infection group(46.67%, 46.67%, 53.33%, 40.00%, 33.33%) were different from those in the non-intrauterine infection group(6.67%,0, 0, 0, 0), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The ultrasonic diagnosis value of fetal intrauterine infection in pregnant women with syphilis is high, which can be promoted and used clinically.
