摘　　要：异位妊娠一侧输卵管切除术后患者再次面对妊娠时常抱有一定的负面情绪,如担忧、害怕、失落迷茫、自信心缺乏等,此时的患者希望获得心理干预以及来自家庭社会的支持。本文对异位妊娠一侧输卵管切除的术后患者面对再次妊娠的心理特点和心理干预措施进行综述,为临床护理人员树立患者再次妊娠的自信心提供护理和心理干预措施的实践参考依据。Patients with ectopic pregnancy after one-sided salpingectomy often have certain negative emotions when facing pregnancy again,such as worry,fear,loss and confusion,lack of self-confidence,etc.At this time,patients mostly hope to obtain psychological intervention and support from family and society.This article reviews the psychological characteristics and psychological interventions of patients with ectopic pregnancy after salpingectomy for re-pregnancy,and to provide practice reference for nursing and psychological intervention measures for clinical nurses to build up patients’ confidence in re-pregnancy.
