药物联合臭氧液疗法对改善阴道炎患者微生态环境的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察阴道炎患者选择药物+臭氧液疗法方案治疗的临床效果。方法 选取200例阴道炎患者,以随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组予以药物治疗,研究组予以药物联合臭氧液疗法治疗。两组治疗7 d。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、病原菌及乳酸杆菌检出情况,治疗前后阴道pH值,症状体征缓解时间。结果 研究组治疗后总有效率(97.00%)显著高于对照组(82.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者阴道pH值降低,其中研究组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组乳酸杆菌检出率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组病原菌检出率经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组患者相比,研究组患者的阴道瘙痒、阴道充血、外阴烧灼感、白带异常等症状缓解时间均明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 药物与臭氧液疗法联合应用在阴道炎患者中,可改善阴道微生态环境,促进临床症状的缓解。Objective To observe the clinical effect of drug+ ozone solution therapy in patients with vaginitis.Methods 200 cases of vaginitis patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 100cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug,while the study group was treated with drug combined with ozone therapy.The two groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,pathogenic bacteria and Lactobacillus detection after treatment,and vaginal pH value before and after treatment,time to relieve symptoms and signs between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.00%) after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptoms of vaginal itching,vaginal congestion,vulvar burning,abnormal leucorrhea and other symptoms in the study group were significantly shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of drug and ozone liquid therapy can improve the microecological environment in patients with vaginitis,and promote the relief of clinical symptoms.
