穴位按摩预防剖宫产术后肠胀气的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨对剖宫产产妇实施穴位按摩后对肠胀气的预防效果。方法 选取52例剖宫产产妇,以随机数字法分为常规组(实施常规干预)和研究组(常规组基础上,实施穴位按摩干预),各26例。比较两组产妇总有效率、肠胀气发生率、胃肠功能恢复情况、恶露持续时间及泌乳时间。结果 研究组干预总有效率(96.15%)较常规组(69.23%)显著提高;研究组肠胀气发生率较常规组降低;研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀消失时间、排气或排便时间及进食时间较常规组显著缩短;研究组恶露持续时间及泌乳时间较常规组缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位按摩干预方法的应用有效提升产妇干预效果,将肠胀气发生率降低,有效缩短胃肠功能恢复时间、恶露持续时间及泌乳时间,可促进剖宫产产妇良好预后。Objective To investigate the prevention effect of postoperative intestinal flatulence after acupoint massage for puerpera after cesarean section.Methods A total of 52 cesarean section women were selected and randomly divided into the routine group(with routine intervention) and the study group(on the basis of routine group,with acupoint massage intervention),with 26 cases in each group.The total effective rate,incidence of flatulence,recovery of gastrointestinal function,duration of lochia and lactation time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group(96.15%) was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(69.23%).The incidence of flatulence in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group.The recovery time of bowel sounds,the disappearance time of abdominal distention,the time of exhaust or defecation and the time of eating in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group.The duration and lactation time of lochia in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint massage intervention method can effectively improve the intervention effect of patients,reduce the incidence of flatulence,effectively shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the duration of lochia and lactation,and promote the good prognosis of cesarean section women.
