时效性激励护理模式在妊娠糖尿病患者饮食护理中的应用及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析时效性激励护理模式在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者饮食护理中的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取60例GDM患者,以随机数字法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以时效性激励护理模式护理,两组均护理至分娩。比较两组患者护理后血糖指标、满意度和妊娠结局。结果 与对照组相比,护理后观察组血清糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平、羊水异常、剖宫产、妊高征、胎儿窒息、巨大儿发生率降低,总满意率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对GDM患者,采取时效性激励护理模式的效果更优,患者的血糖指标及妊娠结局有明显的改善,且患者护理后满意度得到提升。Objective To analysis of the application of time-sensitive incentive nursing model in dietary care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 60 patients with GDM were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given time-sensitive incentive nursing model nursing.Both groups were nursed until delivery.The blood glucose indexes,satisfaction and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group after nursing had lower levels of serum glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),and incidence of amniotic fluid abnormalities,cesarean section,pregnancy-induced hypertension,fetal asphyxia,macrosomia,and higher overall satisfaction rate,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For GDM patients,the effect of the time-sensitive incentive nursing model is better,the patient’s blood sugar index and pregnancy outcome have been significantly improved,and the patient’s satisfaction after nursing has been improved.
