复方益母口服液联合缩宫素在产后出血中的临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探究产后出血应用复方益母口服液联合缩宫素取得的效果。方法 选择本院在2019年5月至2020年11月期间就诊的240例产妇,使用随机数字表法分为两组各120例。对照组予缩宫素治疗,研究组予复方益母口服液联合缩宫素治疗,比较两组产妇临床应用效果。结果 研究组产后出血发生率、产后出血量均低于对照组,脂质过氧化物、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫复旧有效率高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应率、阴道壁裂伤发生率均低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产后出血应用复方益母口服液联合缩宫素治疗,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of compound Yimu oral liquid combined with oxytocin in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 240 puerperae who visited our hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with 120 cases in each group using the random number table method. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the study group was treated with compound Yimu oral liquid combined with oxytocin. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and lipid peroxide, C-reactive protein, and tumor necrosis factor-α were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of uterine involution was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate and the incidence of vaginal wall laceration were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Yimu oral liquid combined with oxytocin has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage and can be popularized.
