克霉唑阴道片结合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 深入研究克霉唑阴道片结合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法 选取2020年5月~2021年5月复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者82例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各41例。对照组接受单一克霉唑阴道片治疗,研究组联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗。观察其病情改善情况、测评其炎性因子水平、统计其不良发应、比较其生活质量。结果 相较对照组,研究组的病情改善时间均明显更短,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的炎症相关因子水平显著低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应的总发生率亦有显著差异,且研究组低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的SF-36评分均明显比对照组更高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以克霉唑阴道片结合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎可以快速改善患者的临床症状及其炎症指标,用药安全性更高。Objective To study the effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with itraconazole capsules in the treatment of recurrent mycotic vaginitis. Methods A total of 82 patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group with 41 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group received clotrimazole vaginal tablets alone, and the study group was treated with itraconazole capsules. The improvement of their condition was observed, their inflammatory factor levels were evaluated, their adverse events were counted, and their quality of life was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement time of the disease in the study group was significantly shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of inflammation-related factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was also significantly different, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Treating recurrent mycotic vaginitis with clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with itraconazole capsules can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory indicators of patients, and the medication safety is higher.
