顽固性霉菌性阴道炎的临床治疗方案及治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 对顽固性霉菌性阴道炎患者的基础资料进行分析,探究其临床治疗方案、应用成效。方法 选取2020年1月~2021年1月我院收治的70例“顽固性霉菌性阴道炎”的患者,根据电脑随机法分为对照组和研究组各35例;在临床治疗时,克霉唑阴道片用于对照组,克霉唑阴道片+伊曲康唑用于研究组,比较2组顽固性霉菌性阴道炎患者最终成效。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率、疾病复发率(5.71%、2.86%)比对照组(22.86%、20.00%)数据有更低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 克霉唑阴道片联合伊曲康唑治疗顽固性霉菌性阴道炎,可以有效减轻疾病症状,降低患者不良反应发生率,值得大力推荐、应用。Objective To analyze the basic data of patients with refractory fungal vaginitis, and to explore its clinical treatment plan and application effect. Methods A total of 70 patients with “refractory fungal vaginitis” admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the computer randomization method, 35 cases in each group;during clinical treatment, clotrimazole Vaginal tablets were used in the control group,and clotrimazole vaginal tablets and itraconazole were used in the research group. The final Results of the two groups of patients with refractory fungal vaginitis were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence in the study group(5.71%, 2.86%) were lower than those in the control group(22.86%, 20.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with itraconazole in the treatment of refractory fungal vaginitis can effectively relieve disease symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, which is worthy of strong recommendation and application.
