摘　　要：目的 对剖宫产产妇进行手法按摩、人性化护理联合护理干预促进泌乳量的价值进行探析。方法 选择2021年1月至7月剖宫产产妇180例,随机数字表法分组对照组(常规护理)和观察组(手法按摩+人性化护理)各90例。比较护理干预效果。结果 泌乳始动时间观察组短于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后24h、48h、72h泌乳量均为观察组多于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳房肿胀度观察组相比于对照组轻微,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对剖宫产产妇手法按摩配合人性化护理可促进泌乳,护理干预价值高。Objective To explore the value of manual massage, humanized nursing combined with nursing intervention to promote milk production in cesarean section women. Methods A total of 180 cesarean section women from January to July 2021were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing) and observation group(manipulation massage + humanized nursing) with 90 cases in each group. Comparison of nursing intervention effects. Results The lactation initiation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 24h, 48h, and 72h postpartum milk production in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The degree of breast swelling in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Manual massage combined with humanized nursing for cesarean section women can promote lactation, and the nursing intervention value is high.
