摘　　要：目的 分析子宫内膜癌术后患者护理中延伸性护理干预的应用价值。方法 分析于我院接受手术干预的子宫内膜癌患者基本资料,选择60例进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对比护理相关数据。结果 干预前两组患者生存质量评分及心理状态评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过干预,观察组患者各项指标显著优于对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对子宫内膜癌术后患者实施延伸性护理效果理想,能够提升患者生存质量,促使患者以更加积极乐观的心态应对疾病,可进行推广使用。Objective To explore the application value of extended nursing intervention in nursing of patients with endometrial cancer after surgery. Methods The basic data of patients with endometrial cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital were analyzed, 60 cases were selected for study, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group, and the nursing-related data were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life and psychological state between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, the indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of extended nursing care for patients with endometrial cancer after surgery is ideal, which can improve the quality of life of patients, and encourage patients to cope with the disease with a more positive and optimistic attitude, which has clinical promotion value.
