摘  要:子痫前期(PE)是妊娠期常见疾病,以血管内皮损伤为临床特征。母体循环中血管舒张、血管收缩因子、促血管生成因子及抗血管生成因子失衡是血管内皮功能障碍的关键环节。近年来,研究表明非编码RNA(ncRNA)在PE患者胎盘或血液中异常表达,并可通过调控循环活性因子在PE的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,特别是长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、环状RNA(circRNA)及微小RNA(miRNA)。本文就ncRNA调控血管活性物质及血管生成因子在PE发生、发展中的相关研究进行综述,旨在为PE的早期诊断及治疗提供新策略。Preeclampsia(PE)is a common disease in pregnancy,which is characterized by vascular endothelial injury.The imbalance of vasodilator,vasoconstrictor,pro angiogenic and anti angiogenic factors in maternal circulation is the key link of vascular endothelial dysfunction.In recent years,studies have shown that non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is abnormally expressed in the placenta or blood of PE patients,and can play an important role in the occurrence and development of PE by regulating circulating active factors,especially long-chain non coding RNA(lncRNA),circular RNA(circRNA)and microRNA(miRNA).This article reviews the related research on the regulation of vasoactive substances and angiogenic factors by ncRNA in the occurrence and development of PE,in order to provide new strategies for the early diagnosis and treatment of PE.
