制霉菌素片联合克霉唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析霉菌性阴道炎患者采用制霉菌素片联合克霉唑栓治疗的临床效果。方法选取100例霉菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组单用制霉菌素片治疗,研究组采用制霉菌素片联合克霉唑栓治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、临床症状改善时间、临床症状评分与阴道pH值及疾病复发率。结果治疗后研究组总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者白带异常、外阴瘙痒、排尿疼痛及腰腹疼痛症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组临床症状评分、pH值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者临床症状评分、pH值均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后3个月、6个月、1年疾病复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论制霉菌素片联合克霉唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果显著,可缩短临床症状改善时间,改善阴道内部环境,降低疾病复发率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of nystatin tablets combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods 100 patients with fungal vaginitis were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nystatin tablets alone,and the study group was treated with nystatin tablets combined with clotrimazole suppository.The clinical effect,clinical symptom improvement time,clinical symptom score,vaginal pH value and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of abnormal leucorrhea,vulvar pruritus,urination pain and lumbar and abdominal pain in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score and pH value between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the clinical symptom score and pH value of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nystatin tablets combined with clotrimazole suppository have a significant effect in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis,which can shorten the time of clinical symptom improvement,improve the internal environment of vagina,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
