热疗配合盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗异位妊娠术后盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨异位妊娠术后盆腔炎患者实施热疗配合盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取60例异位妊娠术后盆腔炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用热疗配合盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状体征消失时间及治疗前后炎性因子水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腹痛、附件压痛、盆腔积液及附件包块消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 热疗联合盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗异位妊娠合并盆腔炎患者整体疗效佳,不仅有利于缓解患者临床症状体征,同时可改善患者炎性因子,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperthermia combined with retention enema of Bunyan decoction on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease after ectopic pregnancy.Methods 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease after ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the study group was treated with hyperthermia combined with retention enema of Bunyan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperthermia combined with Bunyan decoction retention enema in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy complicated with pelvic inflammatory disease has a good overall effect,which is not only helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,but also can improve the inflammatory factors of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
