针灸疗法在妇科血瘀证痛经合并腰椎间盘突出症中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析针灸疗法治疗妇科血瘀证痛经合并腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取100例妇科血瘀证痛经合并腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,干预组采用针灸疗法进行治疗。比较两组住院时间、痛经改善效果及腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果。结果 干预组住院时间为(4.12±1.34)d,对照组住院时间为(8.56±1.23)d,干预组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组痛经改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组腰椎间盘膨出发生率高于对照组,腰椎间盘脱出发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组腰椎间盘脱垂游离发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸疗法治疗妇科血瘀证痛经合并腰椎间盘突出症效果明显,可改善痛经,促进患者康复,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy on dysmenorrhea complicated with lumbar disc herniation in gynecological blood stasis syndrome.Methods 100 patients with gynecological blood stasis syndrome dysmenorrhea combined with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the intervention group was treated with acupuncture.The length of hospital stay,dysmenorrhea improvement effect and lumbar disc herniation treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay in the intervention group was(4.12±1.34) d,and the length of hospital stay in the control group was(8.56±1.23) d,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of gynecological blood stasis syndrome dysmenorrhea combined with lumbar disc herniation has obvious effect,which can improve dysmenorrhea and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
