不同浓度麻醉药物在腹腔镜宫外孕手术中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究腹腔镜宫外孕手术中不同浓度麻醉药物的临床效果。方法 选取40例腹腔镜宫外孕手术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为A组(14例)、B组(13例)与C组(13例)。麻醉方案均以丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼为主,其中A组两种药物浓度分别为2.5μg/ml、8.0 ng/ml,B组上述两种药物浓度分别为3.0μg/ml、6.0 ng/ml,C组上述两种药物浓度分别为3.5μg/ml、4.0 ng/ml。比较三组不同时机体征指标及恢复时间。结果 气腹前,三组监测平均动脉压及心率等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。气腹5、10 min时三组体征指标均有所改变,且C组体征指标改变幅度大于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组恢复时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜宫外孕手术中使用2.5μg/ml、8.0 ng/ml浓度的丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼麻醉效果良好,可缩短恢复时间,并可维持稳定的体征。Objective To study the clinical effect of different concentrations of anesthetics in laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery.Methods A total of 40 patients with laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into group A(14 cases),group B(13 cases),and group C(13 cases).The anesthesia regimens were mainly propofol+remifentanil.The concentrations of the two drugs in group A were 2.5 μg/ml and 8.0 ng/ml,respectively,and the concentrations of the two drugs in group B were 3.0μg/ml and 6.0 ng/ml,respectively,the concentrations of the above two drugs in group C were 3.5μg/ml and 4.0 ng/ml,respectively.Comparison of physical symptoms and recovery time between the two groups at different times.Results Before pneumoperitoneum,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate were compared among the three groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).At 5 and 10 minutes of pneumoperitoneum,the signs of the three groups were changed,and the changes of the signs of group C were greater than those of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the three groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of propofol and remifentanil at concentrations of 2.5 μg/ml and 8.0 ng/ml in laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery has good anesthesia effect,can shorten the recovery time,and can maintain stable signs.
