经阴道联合经腹部超声检查在子宫腺肌症诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的 探究经阴道超声联合经腹部超声检查在子宫腺肌症诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取59例子宫腺肌症患者,均采取经阴道超声检查、经腹部超声检查,比较检查结果及诊断效能。结果 经阴道联合经腹部超声诊断率高于经腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道超声诊断率高于经腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道超声检查敏感性为86.8%,特异性为50.0%,准确率83.1%;经腹部超声检查敏感性为60.4%,特异性为83.3%,准确率62.7%;经阴道联合经腹部超声敏感性为94.3%,特异性为50.0%,准确率89.8%。比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经阴道联合经腹部超声检查用于子宫腺肌症诊断具有较高的敏感性、准确率,可以提高检查效率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of adenomyosis.Methods 59 patients with adenomyosis were selected and examined by transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound.The examination results and diagnostic efficacy were compared.Results The diagnosis rate of transvaginal combined with transabdominal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnosis rate of transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound were 86.8%,50.0% and 83.1%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound were 60.4%,83.3% and62.7%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound were 94.3%,50.0% and89.8%,re spectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu sion Transvaginal combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of adenomyosis has high sensitivity and accuracy,can improve the efficiency of examination,and has clinical application value.
