宫腔纱条填塞术治疗分娩后大出血的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察宫腔纱条填塞术治疗产妇分娩后大出血的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月在本院分娩的76例产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组采用常规止血方法治疗,观察组采用宫腔纱条填塞术治疗,观察并比较两组患者产后出血量、止血效果、不良反应及满意度情况。结果观察组产后出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止血总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为92.11%,高于对照组的65.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为2.63%(1/38),低于对照组的15.79%(6/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意度为92.11%,高于对照组的65.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔纱条填塞术对产妇分娩后大出血疗效显著,可减少产妇出血量,降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗满意度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intrauterine packing with gauze in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 76 parturient women delivered in author’s hospital from February 2020to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine hemostasis treatment,and the observation group received intrauterine packing with gauze.Amount of postpartum hemorrhage,hemostatic effect,adverse reactions and satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 92.11%,which was significantly higher than 65.79%of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions was 2.63%(1/38)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 15.79%(6/38)in the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was 92.11%,which was significantly higher than 65.79%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine packing with gauze is effective in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage,which can reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and increase therapeutic satisfaction degree.
