摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术对卵巢囊肿患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年7月在本院接受治疗的40例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组采用开腹卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,比较两组患者手术指标、卵巢功能指标和并发症发生情况等。结果观察组雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)水平低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,肠功能恢复时间、手术时间和住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术应用于卵巢囊肿疾病的临床治疗中,有助于改善患者卵巢功能,优化手术指标,降低并发症发生率,缓解患者不良情绪。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision on ovarian function of patients with ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 40 patients with ovarian cysts treated in author’s hospital from January 2020 to July 2021were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20cases in each group.The control group was treated with open ovarian cyst excision,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.The surgical indexes,ovarian function indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the estradiol(E2)level was higher than that in the control group,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were lower than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,the recovery time of intestinal function,operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences in indexes mentioned above between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ovarian cyst diseases,laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision is helpful to improve patient’s ovarian function,optimize surgical indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and alleviate patient’s adverse emotions.
