医院药事管理对提高妇科门诊药房合理用药及患者满意度的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医院药事管理对提高妇科门诊药房合理用药及患者满意度的作用。方法将2020年1月至6月本院妇科门诊未实施药事管理时接受治疗的72例患者为常规组,将2020年7月至12月本院妇科门诊实施药事管理后接受治疗的72例患者为管理组。比较管理组和常规组不合理用药的状况、不良反应发生情况、医患纠纷事件发生情况和患者满意度。结果管理组不合理用药率为6.94%,低于常规组的20.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组的不良反应发生率为4.17%,低于常规组的13.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组医患纠纷事件发生率为4.17%,低于常规组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规组比较,管理组用药安全性、用药经济性、服务态度、专业技术水平等各项满意度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药事管理可以进一步促进妇科门诊药房的合理用药,降低不良反应和医患纠纷事件的发生率,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of hospital pharmacy management in improving rational drug use and satisfaction of patients in outpatient department of gynecology.Methods Seventy-two patients who received medical treatment before implementation of pharmaceutical administration in the outpatient department of gynecology in hospital from January to June 2020 were enrolled as routine group,and 72 patients who received medical treatment in the same department after implementation of pharmaceutical administration from July to December 2020 were enrolled as management group.The status of irrational drug use,occurrence of adverse reactions and doctor-patient disputes as well as patients’satisfaction were compared between the management group and the routine group.Results The rate of irrational drug use in the management group was 6.94%,which was lower than 20.83%in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the management group was 4.17%,which was lower than 13.89%in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the management group was 4.17%,which was lower than 16.67%in the routine group(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the satisfaction scores of medication safety,medication economy,service attitude and professional and technical level in the management group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital pharmacy management can further promote rational drug use in gynecological outpatient pharmacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and doctor-patient disputes,and improve patients’satisfaction.
