经阴道超声与经腹超声检查对剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察经阴道超声与经腹超声检查对剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的诊断效果。方法选择本院2019年7月至2020年7月收治的剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者150例为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组75例。对照组接受经腹超声检查,研究组患者接受经阴道超声检查。比较两组的诊断结果,并观察患者依从情况。结果研究组漏诊、错诊率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,确诊率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床总依从率为97.33%,高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查诊断剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的准确率高于经腹超声检查,且患者临床依从率高。Objective To observe diagnostic effect of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods A total of 150 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy admitted to our hospital from July 2019to July 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received transabdominal ultrasonography,and the study group received transvaginal ultrasonography.The diagnosis results of the two groups were compared and patients’compliance was observed.Results The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group,and confirmed diagnosis rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical compliance rate of the study group was 97.33%,which was higher than 88.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography is more accurate than transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy,and the patients have higher clinical compliance rate.
