摘　　要：目的探讨清热化瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果。方法选取本院于2020年1月至2022年1月间收治的90例盆腔炎性疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组采用常规治疗,实验组采用清热化瘀汤治疗。结果实验组在CRP、PCT方面均低于对照组;实验组在生理功能、心理功能、社会功能方面均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热化瘀汤能够有效加速患者机体内的炎症消退,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingre Huayu Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods 90 patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and the experimental group was treated with Qingre Huayu Decoction.Results CRP and PCT in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group;The physiological function,psychological function and social function of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Huayu Decoction can effectively accelerate the regression of inflammation in patients and improve the quality of life.
