摘 要:目的对比促宫颈成熟及引产中应用水囊联合人工破膜与水囊联合催产素的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2021年11月于本院促宫颈成熟及引产的患者116例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=58给予水囊联合催产素)和研究组(n=58给予水囊联合人工破膜)。结果研究组引产至分娩时间,总产程均比对照组短,研究组24小时分娩率比对照组高(P<0.05),剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率及产后出血量均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期应用水囊促宫颈成熟联合人工破膜可以提高阴道分娩率,缩短产程时间,减少新生儿窒息,减少产后出血量,降低剖宫产率,缩短住院时间。Objective To compare the application effect of water sac combined with artificial membrane rupture and water sac combined with oxytocin in promoting cervical ripening and inducing labor.Methods A total of 116 patients with cervical maturation promotion and labor induction in our hospital from February 2021 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=58 receiving water sac combined with oxytocin)and study group(n=58 receiving water sac combined with artificial membrane rupture).Results The time from induced labor to delivery in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the 24-hour delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the cesarean section rate,neonatal asphyxia rate and postpartum blood loss were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of water sac for cervical maturation combined with artificial rupture of membrane in late pregnancy can improve the rate of vaginal delivery,shorten the time of labor,reduce neonatal asphyxia,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,reduce the rate of cesarean section and shorten the length of hospital stay.
