4R模式在妇科肿瘤放疗护理风险管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的讨论研究4R模式在妇科肿瘤放疗护理风险管理过程中的应用效果。方法将我院2021年1月-5月期间接诊治疗的120例妇科肿瘤患者作为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各有60例。对照组患者选择常规护理干预,观察组患者将此作为基础,以4R模式为主线进行护理。医护人员对两组患者生活质量、照顾者负担评分、焦虑抑郁评分及护理满意度进行比对分析。结果观察组患者各项数据均优于对照组数据差异存在统计意义,P<0.05。结论:4R模式在妇科肿瘤放疗护理风险管理中的应用能够改善患者生活质量,减轻照顾者负担,缓解患者焦虑抑郁,提高护理满意度。Objective To discuss the application effect of 4R model in the process of nursing risk management of gynecological tumor radiotherapy.Methods 120 cases of gynecological tumor patients received treatment in our hospital from January to May 2021were taken as the object,and were randomLy divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each.Patients in the control group chose routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group took this as the basis and took 4R mode as the main line for nursing.The quality of life,caregiver burden score,anxiety and depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results All the data in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of 4R model in the risk management of gynecological tumor radiotherapy nursing can improve patients’,reduce the burden of caregivers,relieve patients’anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction.
