彩色多普勒超声血流成像评分对附件扭转后卵巢活性的评估分析

摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒超声血流成像评分在评估附件扭转后卵巢活性中的效果。方法选取38例经卵巢囊肿蒂扭转手术确诊为附件扭转患者,采用多普勒超声进行检查,对其临床特点与超声图像分析;按照附件血流信号评分评估附件扭转后卵巢活性,并与术中卵巢活性开展对比。结果彩色多普勒评分和手术结果在附件扭转后卵巢活性诊断中比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声结果显示为无血流信号25例,占65.79%,彩色多普勒评分为1分,其中卵巢坏死共19例,占50.00%;有活性共6例,占15.79%。超声结果显示可见少量血流信号者8例,占21.05%,彩色多普勒评分为2分,在手术期间对其卵巢检查都存在着活性。超声结果显示血流信号为中等5例,占13.16%,彩色多普勒评分为3分,术中对其卵巢检查结果显示为均有活性。结论附件扭转后卵巢活性借助彩色多普勒超声血流评分进行评估,准确性高,可为临床提供可靠信息。Objective To analyze the effect of Color doppler ultrasound flow imaging score in assessing ovarian activity after adnexal torsion.Methods 38 patients with torsion of the appendix were diagnosed by torsion of the pedicle of the ovarian cyst were selected as the research objects.Doppler ultrasonography was used for examination,and their clinical characteristics and ultrasound images were analyzed.Intraoperative ovarian activity comparison.Results There was no significant difference between the ultrasound Doppler scores and surgical results in the diagnosis of ovarian activity after adnexal torsion(P>0.05).Ultrasound results showed that 25 cases had no blood flow signal,accounting for 65.79%,and the Color doppler score was 1 point.Among them,19 cases were ovarian necrosis,accounting for 50.00%;6 cases were active,accounting for 15.79%.Ultrasound results showed that a small amount of blood flow signal was seen in 8 cases,accounting for 21.05%,and the Color doppler score was 2 points,and there was activity in their ovarian examination during the operation.Ultrasound results showed that the blood flow signal was moderate in 5 cases,accounting for 13.16%,and the Color doppler score was 3 points.The results of intraoperative ovarian examination showed that all cases were active.Conclusion Ovarian activity after adnexal torsion is assessed with the aid of Color doppler ultrasound blood flow score,which is highly accurate and can provide reliable clinical information.
