护理行为感知在前置胎盘剖宫产手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析前置胎盘剖宫手术患者护理中采用护理行为感知模式的效果。方法选取76例接受前置胎盘剖宫手术患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予行为感知护理干预。比较两组患者护理效果。结果护理后,观察组术中出血量和术后24 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿1 min、5 min Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后并发症发生率10.53%明显低于对照组39.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘剖宫手术患者接受护理行为感知可以提高产妇自护能力,减少患者出血量,提高患者生存率,降低并发症发生率,效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing behavior perception model in the nursing of patients with placenta previa caesarean section.Methods 76 patients with placenta previa caesarean section were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,38cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given behavioral perception nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the intraoperative blood loss and 24 h postoperative blood loss in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Apgar scores at 1 min and 5 min in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 10.53%significantly lower than that in the control group 39.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing behavior perception of patients with placenta previa caesarean section operation can improve the self-care ability of puerpera,reduce the amount of blood loss,improve the survival rate of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and the effect is significant.
