助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理对孕妇产程、情绪及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的研究助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理对孕妇产程、情绪及并发症的影响。方法选取89例建立档案的孕妇,根据护理干预不同将患者分成常规组(44例)与观察组(45例)。常规组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理干预。对比两组孕妇产程、情绪、分娩结局及并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一、第二、总产产程时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿体质量、Apgar评分高于常规组,产后24 h出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.89%显著低于常规组25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规护理干预,对孕妇采取助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理干预能够有效缓解产妇负面情绪,可改善分娩结局。Objective The effect of midwife’s one-to-one whole-process delivery with humanized nursing on the labor process,emotion and complications of pregnant women.Methods 89 pregnant women with established records were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into conventional group(n=44)and observation group(n=45).The conventional group received routine nursing intervention,while 45 cases in the observation group received humanized nursing intervention accompanied by midwives during delivery.The labor process,mood,delivery outcome and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The negative emotion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first,second and total labor stages in the observation group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal body weight,Apgar score and 24 h postpartum blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(8.89%)was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing intervention,humanized nursing intervention for pregnant women with midwives’one-to-one whole-process delivery can effectively alleviate maternal negative emotions and improve delivery outcomes.
