摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒症妇女月经期血液透析的护理效果。方法选取106例尿毒症妇女月经期血液透析患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施全方位护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑及抑郁评分、护理满意度、治疗依从性及透析并发症发生率。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度100%高于对照组83.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症妇女月经期血液透析患者实施全方位护理效果确切,可减轻患者不良心理,提高透析依从性和护理满意度,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the nursing effect of hemodialysis in uremic women during menstrual period.Methods 106 menstrual hemodialysis patients with uremia were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The anxiety and depression scores,nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance and incidence of dialysis complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of Self-rating Anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100%higher than that of the control group 83.02%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dialysis complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in uremic women with menstrual hemodialysis is exact,which can reduce patients’bad psychology,improve dialysis compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
