摘　　要：目的分析2019—2021年我院国家重点监控药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析我院2019—2021年国家重点监控药品的使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等指标。结果2019—2021年我院国家重点监控药品使用金额呈逐年下降趋势,国家重点监控药品使用金额占总药品使用金额比例由2019年的3.52%下降至2021年的1.98%。结论2019—2021年我院国家重点监控药物管控成效显著,可有效促进国家重点监控药品的合理使用,减轻患者药费负担。Objective To analyze the National Key Controlled Drugs in our hospital from 2019 to 2021,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Retrospective review was conducted to analyze the National Key Controlled Drugs in our hospital from 2019 to 2021,including the consumption sum,defined daily doses,and daily drug cost.Results The consumption sum of the National Key Controlled Drugs in our hospital decreased year by year from 2019 to 2021.The ratio of consumption sum of the National Key Controlled Drugs in total consumption sum decreased from 3.52%in 2019 to 1.98%in 2021.Conclusion Our hospital has achieved remarkable results in the National Key Controlled Drugs,which can effectively promote rational use of the National Key Controlled Drugs and reduce the burden of drug use on patients.
