摘　　要：目的研究8S管理模式在消毒供应中心外科器械管理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年4月—2021年9月我院未开展8s管理模式的外来器械292包(6848件)作为对照组,采用常规措施进行管理,选择2021年10月—2022年3月我院开展8S管理模式的外来器械310包(7157件)作为观察组,采用8S管理模式。对比两组外来器械的管理效果。结果观察组的有效验收率、消毒灭菌质量合格率、器械去向明确率均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的污染率、湿包率、遗失率、损坏率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组医务人员的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中,8S管理模式的应用能够提高外科器械的验收率,保证器械的消毒质量,对其去向进行追踪,减少器械损坏遗失的发生,降低污染和湿包情况,从而提高医务人员的使用满意度,值得研究和借鉴。Objective To study the application effect of 8S management mode in the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods From April 2021 to September 2021,292 packs(6848 pieces)of foreign devices that did not carry out the 8s management model in our hospital were selected as the control group and managed by conventional measures,and the period from October 2021 to March 2022 in our hospital 310 packages(7157 pieces)of foreign equipment that carried out the 8S management mode were used as the observation group,and the 8S management mode was adopted.The management effects of the two groups of foreign devices were compared.Results The effective acceptance rate,the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,and the clear rate of the whereabouts of the instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;the pollution rate,wet pack rate,loss rate and damage rate of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the management of foreign instruments in the disinfection supply center,the application of 8S management mode can improve the acceptance rate of surgical instruments,ensure the disinfection quality of instruments,track their whereabouts,reduce the occurrence of damage and loss of instruments,reduce contamination and wet packs,thereby improving the satisfaction of medical staff,which is worthy of study and reference.
