摘 要:传统医疗数字证书通常使用身份认证(USBKey)作为介质,容易导致应用终端单一、驱动复杂、插件稳定性差等一系列问题,此外当前大型医疗机构的多院区模式,医务人员需要跨院区坐诊,经常发生忘记携带USBKey等现象,为解决以上问题,提出基于医院现有的手机办公APP,建设移动数字证书,采用密钥分割、分布式存储、生物特征、PIN口令等技术手段来保障医务人员数字证书的安全性,该方式自上线以来,在拓展电子签名在医疗信息化过程中应用场景、提高医务人员的工作效率上发挥重要作用。The traditional medical digital certificate usually uses USBKey as medium,which easily leads to a series of problems such as single application terminal,complex driver,and poor plug-in stability.In addition,in the current multi hospital model of large medical institutions,medical personnel need to visit across hospital areas,and often forget to bring USBKeys.In order to solve the above problems,we propose to build a mobile digital certificate based on the existing mobile office APP of the hospital and adopt the technical means of key division,distributed storage,biometric features and PIN password to guarantee the security of the medical staff’s digital certificate.Since its launch,this method has played an important role in expanding the application scenarios of electronic signatures in the medical informatization process and improving the working efficiency of medical personnel.
