整建制医疗队支援定点医院新冠肺炎感染控制的体会

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是由SARS-Cov感染而引发的患者肺部感染性疾病,SARS-Cov对人有很强的感染能力,国内有报道新型冠状病毒肺炎定点救治医院陆续发生院内感染事件,甚至引发聚集性疫情。本文以“坚持科学精准、动态清零”为总方针,通过组建整建制医疗队支援定点医院,制定了科学、合理的驻地管理流程与医院管理流程,有效切断了驻地和医院内传播途径,为疫情的防控及救治工作奠定了基础,在感染控制方面取得显著成效。COVID-19 is a pulmonary infectious disease caused by SARS-Cov,which has a strong ability to infect people.At present,nosocomial infections have occurred successively in hospitals designated for treatment of COVID-19 and even caused clusters of outbreaks.Based on the general policy of scientific accuracy and dynamic clearing,this paper established scientific and reasonable resident management and hospital management processes by integrated medical teams to support designated hospitals.It effectively cut off the transmission channels in the resident and hospital,laid a foundation for epidemic prevention and control and treatment,and achieved remarkable results in infection control.
