摘 要:目的通过虚拟仿真实验教学课程共享应用模式在《急危重症护理学》中的应用来验证课程改革的效果。方法在2021年9月—12月选取80名2020级护理本科学生为研究对象,其中对照组和实验组各40例,对照组采取传统的课本教学,实验组采用虚拟仿真实验教学课程共享应用模式进行教学,在两组护生完成学习后参加理论考核以及进行自主学习能力和评判思维能力评分,比较两组护生的理论考核成绩得分、自主学习能力和评判思维能力的评分,所得数据进行统计学分析。结果实验组护生的理论成绩、自主学习能力和评判思维能力得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟仿真实验教学课程共享应用模式在《急危重症护理学》教学中的应用能提高学生自主学习能力和评判思维能力,从而提高学习效果和满意度。Objective To verify the effect of curriculum reform through the application of virtual simulation experiment teaching curriculum sharing application mode in the course of emergency and critical care.Methods From September to December 2021,802020-level nursing undergraduate students were selected as the research objects,including 40 cases in the control group and the experimental group respectively.The control group adopted traditional textbook teaching while the experimental group adopted the shared application mode of virtual simulation experiment teaching course for teaching.After the two groups of nursing students completed the study,they participated in the theoretical assessment and scored the autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability.The scores of the theoretical assessment,autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared,and the obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results The theoretical scores,autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability scores of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual simulation experiment teaching course sharing application mode in the teaching of emergency and critical care nursing can improve students’autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability so as to improve learning effect and satisfaction.
