摘　　要：在广东省医疗人才“组团式”对口援疆的大背景下,新疆医疗卫生事业取得长足发展。随着援疆工作从“输血”向“造血”式转变,本文以广东援疆帮扶南疆喀什地区第一人民医院病理住培基地为例,围绕在援受双方团结协作下,该基地如何得以保留与建设的实践过程进行深入探讨,阐述住培工作、人才培养对受援地长远发展的重要意义,为南疆广大地州(县)级医院提升住培基地建设质量、其他援疆省市开展援疆工作提供借鉴,从而推动我国南疆住培工作向前发展,促使当地医学教学工作不断探索并改进。Under the background of Guangdong Province’s medical talents“grouping”counterpart assistance to Xinjiang,Xinjiang’s medical and health undertakings have made great progress.With the transformation of the Xinjiang aid mode from“blood transfusion”to“hematopoiesis”,this paper takes the pathological residents training base of the First People’s Hospital of Kashgar in southern Xinjiang as an example and conducts in-depth discussions on how the base can be retained and built under the unity and cooperation of both sides.We also expound the importance of the standardized resident training and talent training for the long-term development of the recipient areas.Our experience can provide reference for improving quality of the standardized resident training bases in the hospitals in town or county in the northwest region,and for carrying out assistance to Xinjiang by other provinces and cities.This will promote the development of the standardized resident training in southern Xinjiang,and facilitate the continuous exploration and improvement of local medical teaching.
