摘 要:分析全钢子午线轮胎硫化胶边的产生原因,并提出相应解决措施。除了采取确保胎坯设计尺寸与模具尺寸匹配度、模具精度及硫化工艺参数符合要求等常规措施外,对于采用两半模硫化的情况,适当调低正硫化氮气压力不仅可改善硫化机合模力偏高和设备负荷较大的问题,还可在确保轮胎性能满足企业标准的前提下有效减少硫化胶边。The causes of the flash edge of the vulcanizates of all-steel radial tire were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.Regular methods to reduce the flash edge of vulcanizates included precise match of the design size of the green tire with the mold profile,good mold accuracy and proper control of the vulcanization process parameters.Besides,for the vulcanization with two half-molds,appropriately reducing the optimum vulcanization nitrogen pressure could solve the problems of high clamping force and large equipment load of the curing press.By implementing those procedures,the flash edge of the finished tire was effectively reduced while the tire performance met the requirements of the enterprise standard.
